All of the fruit for this wine is sourced from a single, monopole (exclusively estate owned), biodynamically farmed plot. The plot is located just south of the famous village of Puligny Montrachet and is surrounded by a wall of old stones. Its microclimate allows for early ripening. The soils are sandy silt limestone and the plot faces south. Three grape varieties
